A Southern Granary event date is reserved only after the required booking documents have been completed and the required payment has been received and accepted by Southern Granary, as specified in the applicable event agreement.
All weddings, receptions, parties, and other events held at Southern Granary are subject to the terms of the applicable rental agreement, including any provisions regarding:
Payment schedules
Security deposits
Cancellations and refunds
Event hours
Guest capacity
Vendors
Alcohol and catering
Property use
Decorations
Cleanup
Damages
Insurance
Safety requirements
Guest and vendor conduct
If these Terms conflict with the terms of a signed event or rental agreement, the signed agreement will control with respect to that event or transaction.

The Southern Guesthouse is a separate accommodation offering associated with Southern Granary.

Guesthouse reservations may be subject to additional booking terms, house rules, cancellation policies, payment requirements, and other conditions. Those terms apply to the applicable reservation and supplement these Terms.
