On the wedding day, our team handles the details behind the scenes—full setup and teardown of tables, chairs, and ceremony arbors, along with on-site venue team members to assist with lighting changes, climate adjustments, parking and shuttle service, and welcoming vendors and guests—so you can stay focused on celebrating.

Your price is based on guest count and your selections. You never pay for things you don't need. Add a rehearsal day, extend your end time, or choose a ceremony location discount. The sample packages below show real starting points.
We can seat up to 200 for both Ceremony and Reception, with pricing starting at the 70-guest level.
Many couples add Friday for decorating, a rehearsal, and optional meal— you'll see the Friday 10 am - 3 pm option listed with each package below.

Southern Granary is available to rent for a variety of special occasions, including showers, parties, and business events.
Partial-day events are generally considered within 3 months of the event date. For event dates during our off-season, we may be able to accommodate reservations further in advance. Monday-Thursday and Sunday rentals may be reserved up to 12 months in advance.
Pricing is customized based on your event type, guest count, time of year, and selected day(s). Contact us to discuss your event and receive a personalized quote.
We use an easy online reservation system for contracts, invoices, and payments, making the reservation process simple, efficient, and transparent.

Yes. Southern Granary is fully climate-controlled year-round, including the reception space, bridal suite, groom’s den, and restrooms.

Reserve your wedding date by signing the online contract and completing the first payment of $1000.

After the initial payment to reserve, remaining payments are scheduled at regular intervals, with the final balance due 16 days prior to your first day at Southern Granary.
You’re welcome to pay ahead of schedule or break payments into affordable smaller amounts — as long as the next payment amount due is met by the scheduled date.
We accept online payments by credit card or bank draft, as well as checks and cash.

It's there for the occasional stuff that falls outside normal wear and tear — excessive spills or messes, extra cleanup beyond what's included in Kiss & Go, litter left outside the trash areas, or running past your scheduled end time.
If none of that happens, it all comes right back to you after the wedding. The specifics are laid out in your contract, so nothing about it is a surprise.

A: Yes! An SG In House Day-of Coordinator and two SG venue managers are included! Your SG wedding coordinator handles all the day-of details to help ensure your wedding runs smoothly and as stress-free as possible.
The venue managers drive the golf cart shuttle for Meadow ceremonies, handles facility needs (including trash), dim the lights during dancing, manage the climate control for maximum comfort, and more!

There are spacious parking areas, either in the gravel parking area or in the grassy field next to it. Anyone with accessibility issues is welcome to pull up right next to the Patio and use the ramp to easily get inside. And for a Meadow ceremony, the golf cart can drive right up to the aisle for seating.

Southern Granary seats up to 200 guests indoors for both ceremony and reception, with additional meadow and patio ceremony options. Setup and teardown of all tables and chairs are included.

We do, though you're never required to use them.
Every quote includes our Favorite Caterer Discount by default — you keep it by booking from our list of 11 local caterers, or by using the Sisterly Ways serving team for on-site food management, regardless of where the food itself comes from.
Go outside both of those, and the discount is simply removed from your invoice.
Beyond catering, our Vendor List also covers DJs, florists, photographers, officiants, and hair and makeup — no discount tied to those, just names who've proven themselves reliable here time and again.

A: Our “Kiss & Go” cleaning policy means you just pack up your things & go, no cleaning required!

A: Yes! Sparklers are popular exit choice! We have a metal can that the sparklers must immediately go into afterwards. Ribbon sticks, glowsticks, bubbles are also allowed.

You decide on the day of the wedding. Your venue manager and coordinator review the radar with you mid-morning and help you choose between keeping the ceremony in the Meadow, moving it to the covered Patio, or bringing it indoors. All options are fully set up before guests arrive.
